I get this message when I try to change settings for Direct Deposit: “Your recent PayCard request is processing. Once processing is complete, you may access Direct Deposit.”

I live in Virginia, so the paycard is optional, and it must be activated. I received it in the mail, but I didn’t activate it. Help?
