~*~Rylee’s Mommy 3.17.10~*~ asked:

I have been searching the web for an inexpensive Payroll Software. Currently I have a spreadsheet that I use to total the employees time and then use the site www.paycheckcity.com to check my own calculations of using another spreadsheet to figure FICA and State taxes, and use a current book from the IRS for Federal taxes.

I use Quickbooks for my banking and bills and all that stuff but payroll for Quickbooks is not cheap and we only have 3 employees so I don’t want to spend several hundred dollars on payroll software. I just want something that will figure the gross pay & then generate the payroll tax forms such as the 941.

Does anyone have any good suggestions for inexpensive yet good payroll software?

Thanks!
I saw that QB payroll is on sale however if you look more closely it will be at least $174.30 billed to you in the first year & next year the rates may go up. I really don’t want to spend more than around $100
